At Instinct Boxing & Fitness in Bishop’s Lydeard, Taunton, our Small Group Personal Training sessions are built for adults 40+ who want to get stronger, move better, and feel their best — without the burnout of bootcamps or the risk of cookie-cutter workouts.
You’ll train in a supportive group of like-minded people (never more than a handful per session), with coaching tailored to your goals, fitness level, and any injuries or limitations. Think of it as the perfect balance between personal training and community support.
