 How Our Six-Week Challenge Works


 Step 1: Initial Consultation

Your journey begins with a 30-minute consultation.

During this session we will:

• Record your starting metrics including weight, body fat, muscle mass, and body measurements

• Discuss your short-term goals for the six weeks and your long-term fitness goals

• Learn about your lifestyle, schedule, and current nutrition habits

• Take progress photos

This allows us to personalise your training and nutrition plan so everything fits your lifestyle.


 Step 2: Your Personalised Plan

Before the program begins, you’ll receive your personalised nutrition plan so you know exactly what to do from day one.

You’ll have time to review everything, ask questions, and make sure the plan works with your schedule and lifestyle.


 Step 3: Start Training

Training begins with three coach-led sessions per week.

You’ll choose the session times that work best for your schedule. Our coaches will guide you through every workout, making sure each exercise is safe, effective, and suited to your ability level.


 Step 4: Weekly Progress Tracking

Each week we complete a body scan and check-in to track your progress.

This helps us monitor body fat changes, muscle development, and overall improvements. If needed, we’ll make small adjustments to keep you moving towards your goal.

You’ll also receive weekly check-ins from your coach to help keep you motivated, accountable, and consistent.


Step 5: Halfway Assessment

Around the halfway point we’ll review your progress.

During this session we will:

• Review your body metrics

• Celebrate your wins so far

• Adjust training or nutrition if needed

• Set clear goals for the final weeks of the program


 Step 6: Final Results & Next Steps

At the end of the six weeks we complete your final body scan and progress review.

You’ll clearly see the improvements you’ve made in your fitness and body composition. From there, we’ll discuss ongoing coaching options if you’d like to continue building on your results.
