02 — We Reach Out
Within 24 hours, one of our coaches will get in touch personally to say hello, answer any questions you might have, and make sure you know exactly what to expect and alleviate any anxiety you might have before you come in. Just a real person who genuinely wants to help.
03 — No-Sweat Consultation
Your free, private, in-person appointment at the gym booked at a time that suits you. No fitness test, no workout, no pressure, no awkward sales pitch. Just a face-to-face conversation with your coach about your goals, your lifestyle, and what's got in the way before. Together you'll choose the right programme for where you are right now and see if we're a good fit.
04 — Train
Three 45-minute coached sessions every week alongside a community of busy adults 40+ who showed up despite the nerves, the doubt, and the packed schedule. Your coach is with you every session pushing you at the right pace, tracking your progress, and keeping you accountable when life gets busy and loud.
05 — Results

Is the No-Sweat Intro actually free?
Yes. completely free. No payment, no commitment, no catch. It's a relaxed, private conversation with one of our coaches to talk about your goals and find the right programme for you. Nothing more than that.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No, and this is the one we hear most. We've had members who couldn't get through a warm-up on day one. Months later they're leading the session in pace. Your coach adapts everything to your current level from the very first session. You don't need to be fit to start that's literally what we're here for.
I've never boxed before. Will I be lost?
Not for a second. Your coach is with you from minute one. We start with the basics how to stand, how to move, how to punch safely and build from there at your pace. Most of our members had never boxed before they walked through the door. It's not a barrier. It's a starting point.
What if I have an old injury?
Tell us at your No-Sweat Intro and we'll work around it. We coach adults 40+ every single day. We have an on site physiotherapist managing stiff knees, bad backs, dodgy shoulders, and everything in between is a completely normal part of what we do. We never push you into anything your body isn't ready for.
How many sessions a week do I need to commit to?
Three is the sweet spot and that's all we ask. Three 45-minute sessions a week is what produces the results our members see. Every member here with a full-time job, a family, and a packed schedule makes it work. If you can only manage two to begin with, that's fine we'll work with where you are and build from there.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. If Instinct isn't the right fit for you, we simply ask for one month's notice so we can wrap things up properly. No hard feelings. Though in our experience, once members find their rhythm here, leaving is the last thing on their mind.
What happens after the 6 week trial?
At the end of your 6 week trial we sit down with you, review your progress, and talk through the membership options — Contender, Challenger, or Champion. Depending on your goals and how you want to train going forward. There is no automatic enrollment. No additional charges. No pressure. You choose what works for you, when you're ready.
