We focus on the elements of Thai boxing combined with strength and conditioning this class is split into 2 different rounds,
1) Kickboxing round, you will fight your way through rounds on the bag or pads with the coach, working through striking techniques, work and .
2) Conditioning round focusing on both core conditioning and plyometric exercises
12 rounds - 2 min work, 30 second change over, 42 mins work
