Kickboxing Fitness for Busy Adults 40+
Strike. Sweat. Strengthen.

Looking for a fun, effective workout that fits your lifestyle — and helps you feel strong, focused, and energised?

Our Kickboxing Fitness classes in Bishop’s Lydeard, Taunton are designed for adults 40+ who want to build strength, reduce stress, and move better — without contact, pressure, or complicated techniques.

🥊 No sparring. No egos. No experience needed.
Just powerful, structured sessions that challenge your body and clear your mind.

Class Format:

Each 45-minute class uses 40 seconds work / 20 seconds rest, alternating between Kickboxing Rounds and Conditioning Rounds to keep energy high and results coming.

🥊 Striking Rounds (4 Rounds Total)
Unleash your combos on the banana bags with a mix of kicks, knees, elbows, and punches. Each striking round focuses on fluid movement, intensity, and technique.
Boosts cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and confidence.*

Between striking rounds, rotate through 4 focused conditioning rounds:

1️⃣ Cardio Conditioning
Bodyweight movements, footwork drills, and light plyometrics keep your heart rate up and metabolism firing.
Improves stamina, heart health, and fat burn.

2️⃣ Strength Training
Use dumbbells, kettlebells, or resistance tools to build muscle and support functional strength.
Supports joint health, muscle tone, and long-term resilience.

3️⃣ Core Stability
Strengthen your midsection with targeted exercises that also support posture and back health.
Improves balance, core control, and mobility.

4️⃣ Power & Explosiveness
Low-impact, explosive movements like medicine ball slams, sled pushes, or battle ropes.
Builds dynamic strength, speed, and athletic movement patterns.
