Each 45-minute session is split into two powerful rounds:
🥊 Boxing Conditioning Round
Work through 6 dynamic rounds on the aqua bag or with a coach on pads. You’ll learn punch combinations (5–8 per set), stay moving, and get your heart rate up — it’s all about rhythm, intensity, and fun.

💪 Strength & Conditioning Round
Push yourself using a mix of free weights (bars, kettlebells, dumbbells), sleds, core exercises, and cardio drills. These workouts build lean muscle, burn fat, and support long-term strength.
