At Instinct Boxing & Fitness in Bishop’s Lydeard, Taunton, Fighters Engine Room is a small-group fitness class designed for adults 40+ who want to feel stronger, fitter, and more energized — without the intimidation of heavy lifting or endless cardio.

This is smart, functional training that helps you move better, build endurance, and tackle life with more energy, all in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.
