At Instinct Boxing & Fitness in Bishop’s Lydeard, Taunton, Engine Room is a fitness-focused class designed for adults 40+ who want to feel energized, strong, and resilient. This isn’t about lifting the heaviest weights or endless cardio — it’s about training smarter, improving fitness, and building endurance so you can tackle life with more energy.
