Before Steph became a coach, she was exactly where you are right now.
The first time Steph walked into a gym, she almost turned around and left.
She was battling low confidence, constant anxiety, and the kind of exhaustion that goes deeper than just being tired.
Exercise felt like something other people did people who already had it together.
She didn't feel like one of those people.
But she walked in anyway. And that one decision changed everything.
Through training, a community that actually cared, and support from coaches who met her where she was not where they thought she should be!
Steph lost over 20kg. More than that, she found her confidence, her energy, and a version of herself she didn't know existed.
Now she spends every day helping others find theirs.
